The shift is afternoons, 3 pm - 11 pm.

The person in this position will:
Answer phones & direct calls Assist customers on phone or in person Process invoices for payment Closing Repair Orders Submit preventative maintenance sheets Daily purchase order request spreadsheets Billing - repairs, DEF and Fuel Inventory and ordering of parts Scheduling repairs with customers Oil sampling tracking Filing as needed Special projects as needed Minimum Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office- Word, Excel & Outlook Ability to answer multi line phones Recent office experience Knowledge and Skills Preferred Strong oral and written communications Attention to detail Organizational and problem solving skills Excellent time management Teamwork Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
