The work location for this position is Michigan and is eligible for a fully remote work arrangement.
The Opportunity:
Ritchie Bros is seeking a Product Manager for the buyer side of our business.
You'll be a key contributor in the evolution of Ritchie Bros towards becoming the default place for customers to purchase commercial equipment and services.

Responsible for setting the strategy for a portion of the buyer experience.
You will work with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements while working closely with design, engineering, and product to ensure a unified experience for our customers.
In this role you'll:
Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing ongoing strategic projects with tactical daily customer needs Collaborate with sales, marketing, account management and executive management to understand the needs of the business as it relates to web and mobile products Become the authority on our customers and translate business opportunities into concrete and well-thought-out product initiatives Develop measures that assess overall product performance, and ensure measurement of specific project initiatives Stay closely connected to our clients and the market with frequent client interactions, including sales and customer call participation and various industry events Collaborate across Rouse and Ritchie Bros.
to drive a more unified product vision Keep up to date with evolving B2B, e-commerce and technology trends, and recommend solutions for improving site and mobile experiences Be responsible for articulating exactly what needs to be built, and take accountability for delivering complete and accurate product requirements Facilitate efficient development by writing detailed product specifications and requirements, and ensure solutions align with the product framework Break features into smaller, cross-functional user stories for the development team, and define appropriate and testable acceptance criteria Collaborate with engineering counterparts to resolve issues and uncertainties throughout the development process Coordinate integration between Rouse web applications and other strategic partners Communicate product releases and functionality to both internal and external teams Develop and enhance training materials to support ongoing product releases Professional Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferred concentration in business, computer science, marketing or another quantitative discipline 5
years of experience in B2B or B2C digital product management and/or user experience Experience as a Product Manager for a digital B2B or B2C product, with a track record of successful feature development Ability to engage with customers directly, exploring product opportunities Comfortable collaborating directly with an engineering team, driving product vision and expectations Able to sketch designs and collaborate with designers to illustrate product initiatives Demonstrated passion for exceptional usability and design Track record of roadmap ownership, development, socialization and delivery Superb written and oral communication skills; comfortable leading discussions with clients and executives Team-oriented and collegial, with strong proactive communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively Analytical thinker focused on benchmarking and tracking appropriate KPI's Highly organized and detail-oriented Expert user of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint Interview Process Initial Phone Screen In-person/virtual meetings with other inspectors and team members About Rouse Rouse Services is the leading data and information services provider covering the construction equipment industry.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
