The Science and Technology Center now has a staff of over 100, up from just a handful in 2000. The ongoing performance of the Center is critical to Guardian's continued success.
We are currently looking for an experienced High Endurance Coating Sr. Scientist to join our Science and Technology Center team, located in Carleton, Michigan.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Research and develop next generations of High Endurance Coating solutions.
Develop IP strategy, and create High Endurance Coating technology platform.
Job Requirements :
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and traits:
Ph.D. in Material Science, Physics or Chemistry or related subject.
Knowledge in coating material science, hard coatings, tribology, high endurance coating metrology
Innovative and open-minded.
Complicated problem solving skills.
